Go to Admin Settings
Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar.
Click "Billing"
The billing section shows your current tier.
Click "Billing Portal"
This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method and view invoices.

If your organisation grows beyond your current tier’s employee limit, you can upgrade your base tier. For example, moving from Starter (up to 250 employees) to Business (up to 1,000).
Go to Admin Settings
Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar.
Click the upgrade button in the Billing section
You will see the available tiers and the upgrade price (the difference between your current tier and the new one).
Confirm and pay
You pay the difference between your current tier and the new tier as a one-time charge. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

Tier downgrades
Because the base product is a one-time purchase, there are no downgrades. You own your tier permanently. If you purchased Business and later have fewer than 250 employees, you still keep all Business tier benefits.Every payment generates an invoice in Stripe. You can access your invoices in two ways:
